All orders from BYP are dispatched in discreet packaging. There is no way to identify the contents or the identity of the sender.

1. For larger items, we use our robust plain boxes. We offer a variety of box sizes to accommodate larger toys and items.

2. Smaller items like condoms are dispatched in plain, durable padded envelopes.

Apart from the box dimensions, there are no additional markings on the back or side of your parcel. The only markings visible are your address label on the front, as shown below, and a Royal Mail Special Delivery or courier sticker, depending on the selected service.

As per Royal Mail regulations, a return address is necessary on your parcel. It is listed as Warehouse, 11 Hunting Gate, Hitchin, SG4 0TJ. The address does not include 'Build Your Pleasure' or 'BYP'.
